So supposedly using these together can be amazimg if done correctly. Is the literal meaning of this just being used together in the same day? Or does it mean administered together?(at the same time)

I believe within the same preworkout Window is what most recommend now. This way you have a gh/slin synergy that carries through your workout and into a small pwo Window. You see a lot more recommendations to hit slin pre workout now and the gh pre instead of post because it actually takes some time for peak serum concentrations after you administer gh. If you did it pwo only, it would be a few hours before you're getting max benefit. You can't go wrong doing it pwo, but it would seem you want peak serum gh levels as close to intra/pwo as possible and injecting gh 1hr before workout would be ideal.

Insulin alone has been said to be a poor man's IGF. It increases IGF all by itself. Gh and insulin together lead to even more IGF. The increased IGF levels achieved by gh use is what's primarily responsible for its beneficial recomposition effects. Many have reported that the synergy between the two is transformational.

I believe together is close enough with the timing.
 
Timing is not that important. You can pin both of them at the same time or wait 10-20 mins in between. I do believe in using both pre-workout though to get that igf surge post workout.

An hour before working out, do your gh. Ten minutes later pin your slin. Make sure you have a small meal consisting of carbs and protein. While working out, make sure to sip on anything containing dextrose. Post workout, eat a big protein meal with a moderate amount of mixed complex and simple carbs. Keep fat mimimal. 2 hours later eat again but you can start adding healthy fats. I think this is one of the best ways to do it.
 
Is the "take GH preworkout" direction for those using the faster insulins?

For instance, if I'm running Humulin R (larger active window) would GH still need to be administered preworkout, or would post be okay, due to the insulin still being active?

Both kick in within 30 minutes but peak at different times. I would still use gh pre either way.
 
Is waxy maize ok for a quick carb source? I got quite a bit of it and would hate to not use it.

I use waxy maize all the time with insulin. Works great.
 
Have you ever given any thoughts on using Increlex (recombinant IGF-1) post-workout, instead of GH + Insulin, pre-wo ?

I believe it would be simply more productive, not to mention less pricey :)

Have you learned that injecting igf stops proliferation (mgf production) in its tracks?
