along with SUS 250 EOD for 12 weeks.

then PROP 100ED and TREN 75mgs EOD, and some EQ 400. for 10 weeks.

Then I will be doing CYP 700 to 1000mgs a week along with Anadrol 100mgs ED for 4 weeks.

I have been getting routine check ups and all is good...

Well, I have been cycling for the past 2 years now. So, I am looking to take things to the next level.

ANY INPUT is welcome and thank you. Also, things could change over time. I might not go so darn high on somethings. Keep levels low but longer periods. I am hoping to run the GH until April of next year. With proper rest times. hell PM me and let me know what you guys think??

|--[\\\]>--------- "too much" is dif. in everyone's eyes. everyone's body reacts dif. to dif. amts. of AAS. No one can really say how much the body can actually utilize at one point. I have a friend who was the absolue biggest in the gym and in town and he was only doing like 3-4amps of STEN a week and thats' all, but then again, there are guys who need to take well over 1g of test among other things to pack on juts a few pounds. I MYSELF only do low-moderate cycles, not b/c i think i get better gains from it, but rather the sides are LESS and my gains are MORE permanent. I think you should do the sus and the sus250 and the a50 at the begging along with the GH. Then if you really wanted to keep the cyp in there, i'd lower the dose of the cyp and stack that with the prop/tren/eq. how much HCG you doing? if anything, atleast 5000iu's in the mid. of your cycle IMO would be good and then at the end.

|--[\\\\]>----------- Yeah, i got my 1st blood test done week ago and my Triglycerides(sp) are high, damn Popeye's chicken....guess it's only 2-3pc meals at a time rather than 3-3pc. meals at once...damn! baby steps right...baby steps. As for gaining some solid muslce in one year. It CAN happen, how much, really up to your genetics and how hard you train/how much you eat. I did a contest prep for a guy last year. who put on 12 solid lbs of muscle in one year....one more key idea that ppl often forget when training for size/show...STRESS....i am a FIRM believer that stress really puts a damper on your gains....ever notice how shitty your eating/training/improvemtns suffer when your life is in total caos? so from now on we should say that the keys to growth are: eating/training/resting/stress management

WEll, I am just setting goals. I will not be dissappointed if I do not reach them. I know some are not realistic at times, but that is what drives me to get be successful. So if I say 260, and I make it to 250 that is good. but if I say 250 and make it to 240 that is not good for me.


I do not want to be 6'0" 210 on stage that is too small. 225 would be the smallest I would like to go.

Anyways, I thank you guys for all the help and input. I look forward to more help.
