More convenient and easier to just do it subq. In children's hgh height studies, they had higher igf #'s from consistent daily injections (subq) versus 2-4 doses a week. So I would imagine you wouldn't really want hgh to absorb even faster.



I also don't see why palumbo is so against shooting into the quads. He makes it seem like you're much more likely to get infections or problems from it. It depends on the individual.

The studies were done on your average fat Joe. not ripped bodybuilders. So when they talk about subQ injection, they talk about injecting into a thick layer of fat.

Dave was talking in the video about how you need to inject the stuff into empty space between the fat and muscle layer. That's fucking retarded and doesn't work. SubQ injections go into the subcutaneous tissue, which is mostly fat but well vascularized. It's not gonna 'get stuck' when injected into subcutenous fat tissue. Yes, absorption from there is slightly slower than when injecting i.m, but that's not a disadvantage per se.

Dave lacks basic knowledge on human physiology, yet he talks like he is the ultimate authority.

Just to drive home the point about Palumbo not knowing basic physiology, here is what he says:

Even a nurse would laugh at that statement. Palumbo is a clown.
