OK, some like A. Roberts, some don't. I am not trying to start a discussion on the guy really. But I did not see this article being discussed here before and wanted to share:
Thyroid Hormone + Growth Hormone by Anthony Roberts with James Daemon, Ph.D.

It basically says, if you are on GH, you also have to use T4. Do you agree with this?
Also, take a look at this:
"And remember, for decades bodybuilders who were dieting for a contest have been convinced that you lose less muscle with T4 use, but that it’s less effective for losing fat when compared with T3?"
Do you agree? Obviously you cannot compare and T4 at the same doses; people usually use a conversion facotr of 4. So, instead of taking 50 mcg of T3, you can take 200 mcg of T4, they say. Even at 4 times the dose, do you think T4 is less effective?

Thanks and have a happy new year everyone

GH will speed the bodies conversion of t4 to t3. Some people's thyroids can handle it some cant. There's a thread going right now actually where some guy got bloodwork done and had low t4 levels bc of extended growth hormone use.

IF i had to guess i would say anything below 5iu/day would not necessarily require t4 or t3 supplementation. This is just a GUESS and remember i could be totally off, also keep in mind every body is different
