GH Testing question

Should I have my IGF levels tested, post injection, while fasting or should I be tested for the GH serum? Both tests are available at the local lab. Also, what’s the range for the GH test I should be looking for?

for IGF levels any time of day is fine, after doing steady dose/protocol for 3-4 weeks. I`m usually fasted because of getting other labs pulled at the same time but its not necessary. The Gh serum I feel is less important since it is broken down very quickly, so if choosing one test go IGF. That will tell you how well liver is converting Gh to IGF1. The bro-tocol for that is 1 full vial Gh (IM/sub q don`t matter) and have bloods pulled 2.5 - 3 hours later. Ranges will be on lab report although it seems some labs are dropping the ranges lately. IGF range is 100- 300 I believe.

My doc always tests for IGF to see how GH is doing. My lab range on the report showed as 67 - 215. My test came back as 68 so I was put on a script for 0.2mg - 0.4mg of Omnitrope which works out to be 0.5iu - 1iu. After doing 0.2mg 5 days on 2 off for a month, my level came up to about 120. Doc wants me over 200 so I'm now doing 0.4mg 5 days on 2 off.

A bit strange, is there a reason why your Doc prescribing GH? As adults unless you have a medical condition, they never prescribe that shit. Just curious.
