The every other day group got about 50% of body mass/weight gain/side effects compared to the 18iu/day group so the results/side effects from gh do seem to be more total dose dependent rather than timing dependent.



Too bad they didn't compare 9iu per day vs 18iu EOD (probably has to do with the whole bottle having to be used at once)

Definitely would be nice to see the results from that. I keep a very close eye on macros. I’m a little ocd. Yes 5000 a day of clean k is a bitch. Ur a freak man. U can grow with out pounding the food. I struggle getting food in especially when I cut out pre and intra carbs. I do feel that I have a better training session when I don’t have so much shit in my stomach.

Serostim is prescribed 18iu every night. only 13% of people experienced high blood sugar at 18iu/per day after 12 weeks of treatment, keep in mind these are not people who are training.

Thanks good info brother. One thing that caught my eye is they only recommended using sterile water if u are using the whole vial. I have always thought u could get away with it for a few days?

-Split GH into two shots (higher IGF)
-Take metformin
-Use insulin sparingly

Also Ill probably get flamed for this but if you really need 5000 cals to increase weight I dont see any harm in eating a little "dirty" as long as youre keeping it mostly clean.

Even John Meadows eats an entire box of doughnuts at a sitting once in a while... thank about it

I used met every day last run. Was thinking of doing it on rest day this go. after looking at myself in the mirror I might need to go back to the old way looking a bit soft. I have been using slin on trading days 4 x a week. . 3x a day for a total of 35-40 iu. Probably not sparingly. Gh 4iu am 4iu preworkout. Going to move up to 10 as soon as I know I won’t fall asleep at work.
I bought a bunch of pop tarts nutria grains bars shit like that to get in calories in. But I have to get over the idea of getting fat.
