Gh Vs IGF-1

I have tried some of these fly by night IGF-1 bottles floating around, didnt seem to do much, now are there some out there now that are legit and cost effective, I remember BIg A and I talking about this a year or 2 ago how the good IGF-1 comes in a powder form, must be frozen, and if its premade you are wasting your money.

Back in the day IGF only came in powder form, but when it hit the BB market your best bet was only pre mixed. Now the price has dropped greatly for powder and pre mixed so both are readily available.

i'm with vitor, tried some and noticed nothing except maybe being able to stay leaner....what are some good reputable companies

Id have to say Long R3 IGF-1 def sounds worth the money if u find a good source....I wouldnt touch regular Igf doesnt seem worth much but thats just me
