Probably entirely your choice. The standard ED for months is old and proven, although the blast works nicely also. I did it as an experiment (blast) was happy. But Im doing ED dosing next time

Good point Phil! As has been said before as an ingredient in a cycle, gh has its place-mixed with AS and slin (if desired). But yes, its probably not the gh that is much responsible for the growth/bulk-its the other 2 ingredients.

FOOD is the 60% of all you have to do to have the shape you are looking for.
Gh along only burns body fat and you get a good tone, some solid muscle, but not bulk.
