GH Wrist Pain

I’ve been on GH for prob 6 months now, went as high as 5iu, but currently on 4iu/day. I recently have been getting bad wrist pain which is effecting my lifts.

I also get the tingling/numb fingers.

I decreased dosage to 3iu/day, ordered wrist wraps to help a little.

Anything else I can do?

I meant you could try getting leaner. I used to have the same symptoms at 4iu a day, now i’ve got no symptoms @ 15iu a day

I always get the tingling/numb fingers. It’s mostly first thing in the morning. It also takes about 45 minutes when I first wake up to form my hands into a tight fist. Tends to dissipate though after a month or two.

A while back I had wrist pain as well. I didn’t wanna back off my GH dose of 8iu. So I rolled into my ortho and had him fire in a cortisone inject. Worked for me! I’m not advocating to do what I did just informing you what I did.

You're trying to bulk right now and if you keep pushing weight up substantially you'll get more water retention and that can be the cause of the numbness.

For me it has nothing to do with GH - I've been on nonstop for years. Once I hit the high 260s is when it starts for me and I can get numbness in my hands if my arms are in certain positions for too long. I've read this has to do with compression of certain nerves from the excess water.

This is just one of the many things you'll deal with if you want to be huge that nobody anticipates on their way up - so many broken toilet seats, replacing your wardrobe, grocery bill becoming a second mortgage, etc.

I only broke a toilet once, but I was getting rode while on it. And no I wasn’t taking a shit. I was in the bathroom brushing my teeth when the wife came in and wanted filled up.
