GH ???

Been using 3iu 2/day for 3 months now and just have a couple of ???.
1-I am always sleepy, how long does this take to go away. I was looking foward to the energy of youth everyone is talking about.
2- Everything hurts knees, shoulders, neck how long till this goes away.
I know the ?? are kinda vauge but I can't think of any other way to say them. Thanks for any input you guys have

Not much help here, but for me:
1. Sleepiness went away after 4-5 weeks or so. Then I felt great.
2.I'm still experiencing some joint pain after 3 months myself, but have read
that it is around this time that the pain subsides. I'm hopiong so.

for me the sleepyness went away after a month, but the joint pain seems to be dose related.

reduce your dosage to 2iu 2x/day and see how that works.
2-3 IUs is all I plan to take daily, I just want it for the health benefits.
I have also heard taking it every other day may actually be better for you.
But I have yet to try it out.
