Noone really knows "for sure".
There was a member here before, however, who attempted to do some fairly rigorous bloodwork testing on these protocols.
His data showed very little improvement when dosing the GHRPs above 100mcg.
His theory was that somewhere around ~100mcg was the saturation point.
I would lean towards using 100mcg of each, 4x a day.
200mcg might yield slightly better results, but I don't think the added expense would justify the use. You'd be better off adding more shots.
