I do intermittent fasting, so my last meal of the day is like 3000 calories around 9:00. There's no way I could do a nighttime dose is there?

Also, I sleep poorly, would ghrp-6 only pre bed have ANY other benefits for a 25 yr old?

Just want to try these out, but want to get most out of it

Administer it 30 minutes before you eat or go to bed.

So a nighttime dosage of 100mcg each plus a morning dosage is supposed to give a little fatloss boost and a little recovery boost but not much in terms of muscle gains right?

Consuming 3000 calories prior to bed is probably the reason you don't sleep well. Try and take your calories in earlier. Do you take in that many calories every day at that time?

Back to main thing, what is to be expect 2x dosage per day? Recovery? Fat loss?

You will gain some lean muscle from that. Guys over 40 not so much. Being 25 helps; you're still making a couple of iu's a day of gh on your own. Next time dump the GHRP-6 and replace it with GHRP-2. You will get a much bigger pulse and alot tighter peptide for the same price.

If you're dosing twice a day with the CJC/GHRP at 100mcg; you will get pretty much everything you're looking for. Muscle Gains; Fat Loss; quicker recovery ect.. Thats a pretty good dose for your age
