I've also got quite a few vials of cjc and gyro in the fridge, might be overkill though :)
 
So far today I have experienced Insane hunger... And the clen is making me cramp up really bad... Need to take some potassium supplements

Clen in liquid form is a bitch for cramping!
I take 1 gram of taurine 5x/day in between meals and it takes care of the problem. Taurine is awesome for longevity and the heart as well.

Yea bro the clen is making me cramp all over... It kills... I took a potassium pill but I don't think it's enough.. maybe I need to up water intake
 
Would there be a blunting of the frags effects if my nighttime protein was only 30 mins to an he between them. Or would fasting be a better way to go.

ketotifen is used to inhibit the down regulation of beta receptors. havent read anything about it helping with cramps. but good call id add that in.

I didn't expect it to help with cramps at all. That's why I was surprised when the cramping went away after I added it in. 100mcg clen and 2mg Ketotifen per day (split in two doses) and zero cramps.

The frag supposedly lasts for about 3 hours after administration. I also read that it is ideal to take it an hour before training.

I was taking 400mcg upon waking along with 50mcg clen, then spend the next hour just waking up and drinking green tea, a cup or two of black coffee and EGCG (from green tea fat burner pills I get at Costco). Then I'd hit the cardio for an hour. I waited to eat anything until the full 3 hours after I took the frag.

That's a good idea I take 1000mg green tea extract and 1000mg ginsing blend in AM with t3/t4 mix with peptides then goto methadone clinic, time I get home it's been a hour. Then I dose 10iu novolog then eat 10mins later 2 packs brown sugar oatmeal and fat free milk and 3 scoops dymitize 100% whey
 
Then two hours later after a nap I dose igf-1 lr3, HGH frag, and hit gym. Then post workout 10iu slin. 1 1/2 hr later peptides
 
Do you do your cardio or weight training after you get back from the clinic? Before you hit the slin and eat?
 
Oh ok, nice. I might wait longer after you eat to use the frag and then workout, like Press mentioned earlier, but it sounds like a solid cycle. I'm looking forward to seeing the results you get as I'm running a cycle that's kind of similar to yours.

How's everything going so far with the high test and tren you're running? No sides?

Sorry I haven't updated anything in a few days guys I've been really sick with a stomach bug type of thing
 
Ok so been very busy with family and my kid.. I'm already up 7 lbs from the day I started. Recovery is very good, and sleep has been awesome!! I am leaning out nicely and the HGH frag is making me sweat like a hog while I'm lifting.. my strength has gone up about another15-20lbs per lift and my hair and nails are growing very fast. Only thing I do not like so far is one of these peptides are giving me crazy headaches. And when I'm eating my jaw gets so pumped I have to stop for a few mins lol.
