what are you thinking of giants-sets for mass gain ?

milos prone this training even in off-season maybe it will be better for injuries because you can' train heavy but for gaining mass ??
 
I guess if you critique it to your needs you could gain size. Diet has alot to do with size and mass gains. I know for me I need rest between sets when lifting heavy in the off seasons. Those giant sets will leave you gasping for air, it's a very intense way to train.
 
Any technique you choose works if you fallow all their principles write. Heavy Duty, Super Slow, Traditional training, volume, HIT, Dog crap, Victor Munoz, training, Charles Glass training.... they all end in just do it!!!!

Milos Giant Sets technique is good, off season or show prep, muscle stimulation is the name of the game and like A50 sayd, it is a matter of diet to grow or get ripped.

You can get injured anyway easy bc the intensity and muscle failure.
 
MILOS has always said as long as the calories are high it will be great for mass.. because of all my shoulder problems recently, i may give it a shot.. got nothing to lose..
