It’s never to late to start martial arts. I have been training for almost 20 years off and on. I started with kung fu got my black sash and became an instructor. People of all ages joined the school all the time. If anything you just go at your own pace. Learning the arts isn’t a race. It’s a personal journey or quest for self improvement and enlightenment. Besides at 30 your still a baby. All you got to do is stretch daily and slowly build up your skill set. I’m in my late 30’s now and I hardly notice a difference in my abilities when I was in my late teens. I might get a little winded faster but I can build my stamina up just As quickly as I did when I was 20. Consistently train 3-5 times a week and you will be fine. That goes for all martial arts whether you chose kickboxing karate tae kwon do kung fu or whatever. Good luck
