I have always intended to be a natural bber, however the idea of AAS has been enticing me. Alot of my boys are getting into it this summer, so i think I might also. I have been reading most of the forums for a while along with researching medical journals. So I feel I have prety good understandig of how to undertake this healthfuly.

Question:
I want to take var because from what I can see it has the least HPTA interference, it also seems to provide good gains. However it seems the consensus among bodybuilders is the first cycle should be test-e. so I was thinking maybe a lower doseagge of test-E. Note that I am 21 yrs old and this is why I am so conserned with this.

Stats:
Age- 21
Height- 6'4
weight- 230lbs
bf- 13-15%
Used superdrol once, had high bp with it.
As of now bp kidney and liver levels all excellent.

Your 21. @ 6'-4" and have 13 to 15% body fat and you need roids???? I am totally missing something here my friend. Do me a favor bro, wait at leat 2 more years please!!!! You have at minimum 2 good years of some great testoterone to still go through. If you stick to a good eating plan, good food, good rest, good supplements, you should be a monster in at least 2 years!

I would first take a look at your work out and food habbits first before you jump into roids bro. (thats just me looking out for you)

Post up some food journals and workout journals, and lets take a look at that first!

Hey Bro, I'm with BOOM on this! I think you are bowing to peer pressure. No need! You do still have a shitload more potential than you think. Put up some of your training and I'll bet you are not training as hard as you think you are. My guess is your not eating enough to make more solid gains. AAS is not some magic potion that will fix everything. You don't do this just cause your BUD's are doing it!! Give us more info and let us guide you the right way first!! AAS is and should be your last option!
 
OK here is this week out of my log:

3/14
1) 10 egg white 2 yokes
1 serving low fat feta cheese
1 cup oatmeal
2)4 egg with yoke
1 salmon burger
wheat pasta
3)flank steak
wheat pasta
4) fish taco (1 can tuna green peppers onions and 2 hard tortilla)
5) venison and spinach

3/15
1) ham egg and cheese on wheat bagel
2) turkey sub with veggies on wheat
3) veal and chicken with potatos
4) veal with green peas

3/16
1) 90% lean beef
cream of wheat
2)4 egg whites
3)veal and green beans
4)Prot shake 60g prot
5) chicken brown rice and brocclie
6) Prot shake 30g whey 30g egg white 5g l glutamine

3/17
prety much the same as yesterday
 
I had been training once every other day except for two days rest after legs
19 sets for legs
10 sets back
5 sets chest
4 sets shoulders
3 sets traps
3 sets bis
3 sets tris

My squat is 315 front squats for 8
deadlift 365 for 5
bench I use 90 lb dumbells for 5
hang clean 225 for about 8
shoulder press 185 for about 5

this was the training regime, that my previous gym owner had swore by however I have been increasing volume and concetraiting more on form
 
i wasted the first 8 years of lifting due to two things:

1)undereating
2)overtraining

i was told one thing by someone and i started to fill out FINALLY!! i was stuck at 185 forever, i hit 200 within 12 weeks naturually and only gained a lil fat....

the secret?

doubled my food intake and reduced my training volume by 1/2

give it a try... also.... decrease alcohol and get some good rest

I think the previous gym owner had no idea what he was doing!! I mean 5 sets for chest??? He must have been a Mike Mentzer (rip) fan of one set training. Try 3key exercises for Chest and 4sets of each exercise. For back 4 exercises with the first being deads. 4 sets per exercise. 3 exercises for tris 4sets each 2 exercises for bi's 4 sets each. You must increase your protein intake to 2gms per lb of BW and keep carb up to 1.5gms per lb of BW. I have trained a lot of natty's this way and they all get great results. Use the progressive overload method. Pyramid the weight up with each set and don't go over twelve reps for any of them. try 12, 10, 8, 6. You have to eat to grow. I do not subscribe to the owners theory of fat to muscle ratio! Do not stress about BF but don't let it get out of hand. Cardio 3x's p/wk at 40 mins per session will do!
 
Some guys are jumping off a bridge this summer, so I am thinking of doing it also.

I go 5 days straight and then two off, but you can split it any way you want! As long as you get the whole body done over the week!
 
Bumping oldfella, 5 days is plenty, I know some train 6. But a good place to start is 5 days. Then see after some time has passed if you can get a extra benefit from a 6th day.
