Although by the sounds of it you are a terrible responder to hormones. Even in a deficit I have seen the likes of tren or SD do incredible things to some people. I have seen one guy eat a standard 'normal' person diet and start tren and put on 20 pounds and get leaner. literally within 2 weeks he looked a different person. That was on 300mg tren per week... about that memory is playing tricks... basically not a massive dose.
You are fairly lean. My point being I have seen fairly lean guys put on 20 pounds on SD and they looked jacked. It looked fairly solid so not like they got fat. Obviously water but you wouldn't think it. This is in 3 weeks of 20-30mg SD a day. By reason of your response your diet becomes even more important... you need to be on it 100% and be consistent. Certain people can eat what they want and get some protein in and grow but most others need to track everything and make sure you are getting in those macros/nutrients throughout the day with no bad days.
