Although by the sounds of it you are a terrible responder to hormones. Even in a deficit I have seen the likes of tren or SD do incredible things to some people. I have seen one guy eat a standard 'normal' person diet and start tren and put on 20 pounds and get leaner. literally within 2 weeks he looked a different person. That was on 300mg tren per week... about that memory is playing tricks... basically not a massive dose.

You are fairly lean. My point being I have seen fairly lean guys put on 20 pounds on SD and they looked jacked. It looked fairly solid so not like they got fat. Obviously water but you wouldn't think it. This is in 3 weeks of 20-30mg SD a day. By reason of your response your diet becomes even more important... you need to be on it 100% and be consistent. Certain people can eat what they want and get some protein in and grow but most others need to track everything and make sure you are getting in those macros/nutrients throughout the day with no bad days.

I would love to gain 5-10 lbs from a 12-16wk cycle.
I understand diet is very important but if your taking the amount of gear I am you should at least gain some weight or get stronger no matter if diet is good or not. if diet is on point of course your gains would be more. but even with the shittyest diet you should gain on 2.5g of test and 100mgs anadrol

Most guys are lucky to gain 10 lbs of muscle in a year while on AAS. Most of us also gain 20 to 30 lbs of weight while on a 12 to 16 week cycle, of that only 5 or so lbs is muscle, the rest is water and fat.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is either fooling themselves, or a super responder.
 
I would recommend peps too and not just because I rep for a company, but because they helped a ton with me while being on a limited budget. Budget for all bills, then food, then gear, only left a small amount to add in anything else. Instead of going the gh route for me it made sense to use peps.
