i just finished bulking i'm 5'8 went from 182 @6-7% to 200 @ 12% (that's just a guess though)

i'm a crappy poser, pale, there's bad lighting and its the middle of winter so forget about shaving body hair lol

i am planning on doing my first contest near the end of june hopefully it will work out well

note: i was 210 two weeks before these pics were taken but got bad food poisoning for 4 days and dropped 10 pounds :mad:

chest - 47
waist 33
quads - 25
calves 15.5 :eek: damn crappy calves

lookin good bro. you pretty much have the exact same stats as me. good luck in your first show. and do you have a specific one in mind?

i agree jerrywear .. both my back and my chest are my weaker points .. i unforunately have genetically high lats which i can't do much about, but i'm still striving for width and thickness ... the strides i made in the past few months have actually been very pleasing .. which isn't saying much for where i started with my back lol

Hey bro you are looking good, Can I suggest an Idea? Skip the Contest this year, get on a nice cycle, try one of these timed carb(post workout, and meal after ) diets, with 400 grams of protein min, and keep adding size, this will let you pack on some beef, minimal fat gain, and then you will kill them next year, too many guys who want to compete even if the show is a small one etc, get big, cut down, get small, and then when they bulk or get big, its back to normal.

Just a thought, you are looking good, keep rocking

this stuff takes time, no drug oe lifting movement can replace time, its a four letter word to me and I hate most of the time. Be consistent, train heavy, intense, and smart. Eat and always be eating, eveyrthing is relative to u and what your body wants, needs and reacts, apply theories then take mental notes, and have fun

i don't disagree with you guys at all, however, i've never competed before and i just want to get a taste of what its like and see how much i enjoy it ... after this one show i will absolutely dedicate myself for probably 3-4 years to putting on a lot more weight before i worry about competing again .. i just wanna see what its like .. i really don't care how i place its just for myself
 
If it doesn't move or make a sound, EAT IT!!! If it does move or make a sound, KILL IT then EAT IT!!!

I'd also tend to agree here, 1 year will make a huge differance to the quality of muscle & your size.
