GLP-1 for weight-loss

I've been around here, soaking up knowledge from the forums for quite some time. I don't usually ever have to post because I can find answers through searching. However, I haven't found much information on GLP-1 and it's use, dosage and effectiveness. I have a source for it but he won't commit to telling me dosage or how it compares to liraglutide, dulaglutide or semaglutide. I totally understand that for safety and litigious reasons. However, my wife is interested and the actual brand name drugs cost 500 dollars and up per month. Has anyone tried the GLP-1 peptides and if so, what are your dosages and how often do you administer?
