Glucometer and Carb source data

I've been looking around and can't find a good source for consolidated data. I'm looking for either a person or website displaying blood glucose levels pre and post carb ingestion. Could be a forum of personal experimentation or a website. I'm not asking anyone to do any searches for me, I'm just wondering if anyone knows off the top of their heads where I might find such data if you have come across it before. Thanks.

Or even cooler would be if anyone has any of their own data to post if you have messed around with glucose level fluctuations after carbohydrate ingestions. If anyones has that kind of data, what I'd like to know is, Grams of the source, what the source was, pre glucose levels, post levels, and amount of time between readings.
