Glucosamine Chondroitin - one of the few I know works!

I really am not sure what supps actually work, creatine and stuff, yeah I guess over time.

But, Glucosamine Chondroitin works right on time. I have had a nagging left knee issue for a few months. I had a miniscus problem there about 4 years ago. Then all the sudden something happen, and pain started coming on for the last few weeks.

Ive iced it, heated it, rehabed it, sleeved it blah, blah, blah, 3 days on glucosamine chondroitin, gone, no pain at all.

Back in like 96-97 my friends lab was limping all around for months, vet gave him the story on hip displasia. Vet said go to GNC get some glucosamine chondroitin and put a pill in his food 2-3 times per day. A few days went by the dog was running around like crazy, limp went away and he lived for years no issue.

Just makes you think ... the dog didnt even know!

When Glucosamine/Chon was first coming out, I read about a guy giving it to his arthritic dog. Dog was like a pup again, able to play and run around.

the vets actualy sell for pets now. i was told i needed surgery on both shoulders. i ran it for a month and the problem or atleast the pain was gone. but it was back in a couple of months. so i started it again ran it for 3 months and its been 2 years. but i think im fixin to have to get back on it. but it does work.

doesnt work well for a long time, you kinda build a tolerance for some reason (my parents, friends and etc)

animals may respond better than humans

To me its one of the few wonder supplements. Aged 31 now, been training non stop since aged 14. My elbows were that bad 3 years ago i couldnt even flush the toilet without being in pain. One week on glucosomine and the pain disappeared and ive been using it ever since. Cant recommend it enough!

i take it, but have heard there studies that say its absorbtion just doesnt make it to its proper use, and proved useless, but who knows maybe for the dog, it was conquidence
