Hey bros. I've read several articles that states Glutamine helps stable blood sugar levels. I've also seen it listed at one of the ingredient in mike arnold's pre work out humalog protocol.
Does anyone if it's really true? Will adding glutamine in my pre and intra work out shake drastically reduce my probability of going hypo while using insulin pre work out?
Also what dose would you guys recommend per shake? Thanks.
