I have weak/small glutes and wanted more than anyhthing to build mass there. I was wondering if anyone here does GHR and can it be used as a mass builder? Any advice on Glute Mass building would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
ghrs are the shit they have been responsible for a lot of the mass in my hams and glutes and they also work your calves a bit
 
i have tried them a couple of times, just for variety. Seemed like a good exercise, i was just too lazy to continue..my hammies seem to grow by 2 sets of lying leg curls followed by 2 sets of db stiff-legged dl's. If it ain't broken...
 
These are good. It takes me a bit to get the form spot on but I enjoy them :headbang:
 
Hamstring Mass = Stiff-legged deadlifts / Romanian Deadlifts

Throw in leg curls occasionally too.

EDIT - Had to edit this post because i realised i'd posted about building hamstring size after seeing the name of the thread.

For glutes, definitely walking lunges and ass to grass squats

Wider than shoulder squats

IMO, nothing builds up your ass more than lots of deep heavy squats with a wider than shoulder width stance. I used to do mine that way and my ass got so big that it really made my legs look small.
 
Nothing builds your ass like the good ol walking lunges with pair of heavy dumbells or even moderate weight,I'm surprised no1 has said that already, then squats ass to the floor comes close second those two exercises will build magnificent "ass" that will put Brazilian chicks to shame:D

These imo are highly overrated. Louie summons makes it sound one can't possibly train with glute ham
