Glute not a safe injection?

I dunno... I do aspirate out of habit... There have been a few times that I was DEFINITELY in a vein and blood started filling the syringe. I'll keep aspirating.

I never had problems injecting into glutes. I sometimes get blood when i aspirate so i just go deeper or try another spot

Not my favorite spot but use it in my rotation depending how frequent I pin. Quads and delts I like better they are easier to hit I'm too fat to be twisting around and hitting the glute

It's not that aspirating isn't safe.
The point that is trying to be made is that you shouldn't aspirate because it doesn't guarantee you're not in a vein anyways.

How does this make sense. If youre in a vein you draw blood. If not, no blood, correct? And you should still do it just incase you do get blood when you draw back, its happened with me more than once.

i want to start doing quads instead of glutes but man the only couple of times i ever did quad shots they left me basically unable to do SHIT for 2 days. even standing in place was painful.

i shoot lats, delts, pecs, and glutes at the moment. but glutes have developed too much scar tissue over the years and now i am getting tren cough on almost every glute shot for some reason...not happening at any other injection site.

I had some test prop a while back that was so over dosed that it would cripple me for 2 days almost if I pinned in my quads. I feel your pain there. It was like the shit was literally crashing in my leg after the injection.

I don't see how anyone pins their delts. I tired once and it didn't .... Well I failed epically and couldn't use my arm for a day, idk I maybe did something wrong or my shoulders are to broad. I had trouble reaching my delts.
