glute sorness after injection

I noticed the other day, that after I injected into my glute, my leg bone seemed to get very sore and it seemed to be swollen around it. I injected far enough away from the bone, I thought, and I massaged it for about 3 minutes, but I'm not sure why that happened. Any ideas and how I can prevent it the next time. I injected test e 400mg, deca 300mg, and tren e 200 mg

It happens to me every once in awhile. Sometimes it's an entire vial worth of shots, sometimes it's just one. I've never worried about it too much. Just part of the game.

Is your test 400/mg or that's just the total for the inject?

If it's 400/mg there's the cause.

If it's a 400 mg ml it causes me the same pain also.

I use to get more soreness when I massaged the spot. . . Now, I just heat the oil & inject - then leave the spot alone

I guess it depends on who brews in - the t400 I have been using is straight painless. When I first started using it, I was like oh hell - no PIP at all. . . Couldn't even tell from 250mg. . . I thought it had to be underdosed - got BW and it was dead on

As far as heating it, I heat it way high over the stove top. I feel the warmth when the oil enters - but, by doing this I have been PIP free for over 2 years

I have the same problem at times but its not an everyday occurrence. Ive also use dams gel over top of my injection site if i ever have any sought of pain
