glute training anyone?!

Gotta show coming up and I was wondering if any of you bros know a good way of training glutes. I've been training them lately by walking on the treadmill, really keeping tension on the glutes. Anyone know of a better way, gym doesn't have a butt blaster. lol
 
ass to floor squats, lunges, one leg leg press (go deep on it, knee should be near ear)
 
Walking D/B lunges up a incline (there real killers)
Leg Press with feet really high on the plate (toes off edge, go really deep)
Stiff Leg Deadlifts (lean bacsticking your butt out slightly on way down)
Squats (ass to floor)
Butt Blaster (if your gym has 1)
Reverse Hyper Extensions (hold a D/B between your feet)

Im gonna hit glutes every morning day after i do legs BEFORE cardio on an empty stomach, trying to accomplish 2 things. 1. my ass is too big so maybe itl overtrain it and shrink it, 2. shread up the glutes.

I would also switch from the treadmill to the stairmaster as well.
