Glutes striations

No matter the size of your butt (of course the more muscle you have the more likely it is to look impressive when REALLY shredded), glutes striations involve only one thing: SUFFERING.

Last show I competed in:

They are, middleweight is up to 174lbs it how to light heavyweight after that at 174 1/4. At 5'7 I hopefully will come right at 174 for weigh ins before I finish carb loading which normally starts the Wednesday night before the weekend show. I weighed 170 for Panhandle 4/15. If I miss the September show nationals I will make one before April of next year to keep from having to requalify. National shows entry is 250 per class. So any suggestions on specific glutes exercise? Something different and unusual that has worked for some.

Suffering and getting leaner is NOT the way to get ripped glutes. They have to be bigger. Then, BAM, they're instantly striated.
