most believe peptide form is better than l glutamine , but it seems on animal's board , they consider useless ! well to each his own , and btw , kilo sports has peptide glutamine for 40 bucks .

I had heard some bad things about protein factory labratory results were not true. I don't know if there is any legitimacy to that.

Warning!!! Protein Factory has good deals on protein and carbo mix and flax. But their Glutamine is one of the most horrible things Ive ever tasted. And most glutamine is practically tastless.
