Probably more like 2 tablespoons. I like to use it throughout the day sometimes too for the enhanced hydration. I put 4-5 tablespoons in a gallon of water with a whole lemon juiced into it and all the lemon peels thrown in. It tastes delicious and keeps. E hydrated in these hot Arizona temps

Thanks, I may just do that. I always feel a bit dehydrated yet never really want to drink anything during unless its flavored like crystal light or diet soda

Do I remember correctly that people dont really count the calories from glycerin kinda like sugar alcohols/fibers? Or am I thinking of something else...
