x100 gnc is the worst! online is the way to go and many sites offer free shipping if you by a certain dollar amount, so i try to get a bunch of stuff all at once to avoid shipping

i would never buy overpriced crap from GNC. there are multiple sponsors here that carry high quality products for a much better price.
