I just lost 500$ through them on my first order because of "someone hacking their email" now I just got a message saying how terribly sorry they are and just asked me for the same amount again but free shipping. thats fucking crazy my guy

12 years and never had something this unbelievable happen and in this time frame.

When I see negative reviews I usually take it with a grain of salt mate - if this happened I am sorry to hear that but you can't have a new account w/ legit 0 posts and expect people to take you seriously without posting screenshots or something.

I understand that but I honestly don't care if anyone decides to listen or not. Would you like to see the stream of emails thats we sent back and forth ill send them to you I really don't care. But thats what the forms are for showing people's experiences and this was mine. just doing the right thing and sharing i would rather someone else not have to deal with this BS like I am.

Yeah this seems like a problem to me if it happened this way. They got hacked. They should eat the loss not you. Take it up with a mod!

In the future i would think trying to exhaust all avenues before going onto an open forum to call them out may be a better way to go. But that is just me.
