Going flat during a workout

Sup guys been training balls to the wall lately I have good energy most of my workout but I seem to notice that for the first half of my workout after warmup I am pumped and fu looking the second half of the workout I have strength and energy to keep pushing but I loose my pump and start going flat...

I only drink water and or crystal light intra workout with a good pre workout meal.

Any reason why this is happening or is it normal

First things that come to mind for me when someone goes flat when they shouldnt during workout is:

1) Lack of proper hydration. Pound fluid all day until the workout and see if it improves.
2) Not getting enough carbs in your diet. Taking carbs too low.
3) T3 usage? This will make you feel flatter.
4) Sodium. Sometimes when we eat VERY clean we actually do not have enough sodium for optimal pump and workouts.

Obviously, after working out for a considerable period of time you will start to "lose the pump" and its a pretty good indicator you've trained enough.

I'm using t3 /t4 combo 50mcg/100mcg. But I feel full pretty much other then at this time

id say get a liter of water or close to it in during training, especially if high volume

I get like this sometime, It could be lack of food or water but sometimes you just need to get into the rhythm and get pumped up, that's all. usually when Im sleep deprived it happens to me.
 
Sounds to me like your just training nice and hard. If your strenght and energy is up just keep going. I aim to be somewhat flat and depleted by end of workout so all those lovely carbs I'm going to pound for the rest of the day have somewhere to go. You'll be nice and insulin sensitive post workout.

Other than that flex nailed it. A little gh or ghrp pre workout and taurine can help hold some water in muscle. Regular creatine consumption will help to. Lots of test or npp in the system if you really want to push the boat out:)

Happens to me when I start talking to someone and stop sweating.
 
All I can say is pre workout shake with carbs and slin then intra workout shake with carbs some vasodiolator, creatine, glutamine and electrolytes and plenty of water if ya don't get a pump from that combo and keep for a while ya might just wanna give up.....And the T3 prob contributing you you going flat.
