Sup guys been training balls to the wall lately I have good energy most of my workout but I seem to notice that for the first half of my workout after warmup I am pumped and fu looking the second half of the workout I have strength and energy to keep pushing but I loose my pump and start going flat...
I only drink water and or crystal light intra workout with a good pre workout meal.
Any reason why this is happening or is it normal
