going from DB bench to barbell bench

well as for someone handing them to me, tahts what i want to avoid

and as for setting them on my kness on decline bench and rolling backwards with a pair heavy db's,,,have you done that??? are you talking from your own experience cuz thats impossible..its a decline bench.

I haven't found a way to safely position the dumbbells without a spot.
I tried everything but finally just gave up and I ask for help. I will lock myself in the decline bench, have someone give me one dumbell, I can lower myself down holding on to the dumbbell with two hands. Once I am down, I have him hand me the other dumbell.
I really haven't found an easier way to do it.

Honestly, I mainly do dips or decline barbell due to the fact that it's much easier to control. I use the hammer strength decline press if I want to isolate each side.

yeah wide grip hammer strength is very good,

just switched a gym,,,in the morning there are oldies and serious people

oldies will probably get hurt and wont be happy giving me dumbells and/or get excited that a young man asked for his old ass to help so he will probably stand over my head with his old white pubed balls hanging out ready to 'spot' me

and the serious ones will again stand over and go "COME ON DO IT ONE MORE< BRO WHATHA:ERJKE:!!!!" spitting on my face,,,and then usually they tell me whats better than what im doing, since it worked for their retard body it must obviously work for me, or give me somthing really 'tough' and start a pissing aka dick measure contest, machoism...



ive seen it all man, i try to avoid people.

flat db is hard enough, inc db is the easiest but dec db,,,,,i will figure it out and will share if i find a way lol
