Hey guys,
I started dieting at 12 weeks out and am approaching 8 weeks out now. I've already started to lean out and am pleased with where I'm at for now. I started at 194 and haven't weighed myself yet as I prefer to go by the mirror. I'm expecting to go in about 178-180 at 5'9". (I'm not massive but more the zane type) I'm not doing cardio for fear of leaning out too much and looking stringy, but I'll do it if you guys think I should. I'm not using any juice and haven't in 5 years now. What I'm mainly asking is what can I use as far as creatine, X-factor, or fat burners, etc. I obviously would like to hold as much lean muscle as possible but want to come in as rock hard as possible. Right now I'm on high protein low carb and moderate fats for diet and feeling pretty good. I have used creatine in the past as a natural and it held pretty good size and I still got fairly hard looking and won my class in the novice division. I appreciate everyone's feedback and advice and trust everybody on this board for thier experience and guidance. Thanks.
