going to egypt this winter....need help with diet...etc

ok so im going to egypt for 10-12 days over the winter and im wondering what i should bring as far as food. i was thinking of bringing an bunch of whey and oats and have that for all my meals. maybe get some powdered meal replacement supps some companies have out....what are your thoughts?

also as far as gear i think i might be on atleast 250mg of test e at the time so i might shoot 400-500 before i fly out. also i need to get some adex pills. I know gear is legal there but i wont be able to buy any due to the fact im going with people who dont know about it so its out of the question.


as far as working out i was thinking about bringing some bands of some sort i could use a few times during the trip just to keep me active


what are some thoughts?
 
Your going on vacation for 10-12 days! Why not just have a good time and eat all the chicken, beef, and lamb you can find on every street corner, along with some nice Basmati rice.

As for training, im sure you can pop into any number of local gyms for good workout

im not going to be in a major city there..
 
AK-47......LOL seriously though you can get canned chicken and tuna to take along with you and something like meal replacement packets for 10 -12 days. Even if that's all you ate over that time I doubt you'll lose much if anything.
 
I would be careful as far as food and water. the only way you will lose muscle over the holiday is food poisoning.

other than that have fun , the stress relief in holiday is great for growth later...
 
Come winter Egypt might not be the best place to be.

As for Egypt, I'm sure they have cheap meat/rice vendors..... As for working out, Golds Gym might be around...maybe google and see what comes up. Good Luck...... And don't drink the water.
 
I wouldnt even worry about working out for 12 days. give your body chance to rest heal any nagging injusries and just hit it hard when you come back. 12 days is nothing
 
Seriously, enjoy the privilege of being about to vacation to Egypt and have a good time; muscle doesn't disintegrate in seconds like so many of us seem to believe.

Egypt is great for buying.

I haven't, but a couple of friends have. Pharma grade is available without prescription for so little it will make you cry.

I believe Turkey is the same. Another friend went to a doctor for a 'top up' shot of test whilst there.
