So unfortunately (although it's probably for the better in the long run) it looks like I'm going to go get myself an MRI after all on this right shoulder. I did my normal rotator cuff warm ups per usual but I could tell something was off. Once I started my warm up sets of incline bench, I couldn't go beyond 1 plate without a LOT of pain in my shoulder. I ended up just doing very high volume rest pause sets at 1 plate and moving on with my workout. Unfortunately it threw me off a little so the intensity wasn't as high as normal but I finished and didn't really have any other issues throughout the workout. It's literally just the push movement in a bench press that is causing the strain. I went on to do 405 rack pulls, dips, and the rest of my workout without feeling like I should back off or do less. I'm definitely noticing some vascularity today. I've been told Pheraplex has a week or so kick in time and today makes 7 days so I'm hoping things will continue to get even better over the next few workouts. Everything is steadily moving, no negative sides to speak of at all which is great but also a little weird, usually I notice something shitty happening (tren aggression, superdrol bp headaches, prostate enlargement and frequent urination) - but i have my supps already laid out, day 2 of the Cialis and GW. Hoping to just see steady lean gains, more and more vascularity, fat loss, and feel good the whole way since I'm not using any of the AAS that usually cause problems for me.
