Hey guys,

Going to run a new log! Just came fresh off of a month long DNP run. Dropped ~17lbs in 31 days - this is post-baby weight (yes, men gain weight during their wives pregnancies too!) and I decided to give Goldline a full run as I was utilizing his Phentermine during my DNP run to help with energy and appetite suppression (which worked like a charm and I would recommend to ANYONE running DNP for any length of time). I'm currently sitting around 10% BF at 190lbs, 6'1. It's been a while since I've done a cycle, over a year actually - due to work, baby, etc - trying to get back to my former glory and come in very lean and dry just in time for sweater weather when no one will get to see it. :banghead:

Cycle is as follows - will be somewhere between 12-16 weeks:
Test-E 500mg / week
Primo-E 800mg / week
Mast-E 600mg / week
Pheraplex 30mg daily
GW-501516 (from Mike Arnold) - 10/20mg daily - havent decided yet
T3 25mcg daily (still running from DNP cycle, decided to keep it in for now)
Aromasin 6.25mg daily

I already had a bottle of Mast-E that Musclemechanic sent me and I was running Test already so I did my first Mast-E pin on Monday and I already have the Test flowing at 500mg.

Today pack from GL showed up (fastest in the BIZ) so I did my first pin with all of the gear - will start Pheraplex tomorrow morning and split dose 15mg/15mg twice daily for optimal blood levels.

Really excited to get this thing going!

For now - training will be an A/B split, 2 on 1 off - possible active recovery days here and there with LISS if necessary, trying to keep the BF from coming back on, but my training is high frequency so cardio SHOULDN'T be needed unless I'm really fucking up on diet.

Diet will be carb cycling on lift days. 300g protein / 500g carbs / 40-60g fat, off days carbs will be >=200g daily. I typically do better on higher carb, lower fat diets but I want to give myself a slight bit of wiggle room so I'm not miserable and readjust as the scale or mirror dictate.

I started the new training routine this week and have completed 3 workouts thus far. It's a combination approach, heavy, low volume compounds combined with high volume lower weight isolation exercises. I got away from the 5 day split and went with this program so that I could hit each muscle group multiple times per week. I will adjust frequency and volume as necessary depending upon if/when gains stall.

Yesterday I pinned all compounds, 4.5ml total - i split 400mg of primo and 250mg test (3ml) between both lats, happy to say, zero pip or any kind of swelling the next day so the primo-e is as smooth as can be.

it was my first week back so of course my second round of workouts all progressed already past the first earlier this week - but i have just stopped deca a little over 7 days ago so i'm feeling that already - i had been on deca before this for almost 5 years straight cruising at 300mg a week. i've had rotator cuff issues for years so i kept on that - now i'm looking to supplements and prehab exercises to help, don't want to use the deca as a crutch forever. today i warmed up more than normal, and i'm doing face pulls at the end of each workout as a prehab exercise to help with external rotation. i already have a slight twinge in my left elbow and the right rotator cuff is definitely inflamed - i'm doing 2 days on 1 off, but for the first week i am going to take 2 days off for the whole weekend and come back Monday refreshed - I started the Phentermine today and i will take my 2nd inj of the primo on Monday so I'm giving the hormones some time to get in my system while refueling over the weekend.

My joint supps are: Fish oil, tumeric/ginger, and orange triad multivitamin which has a joint complex of glucosamine, chondroitin, MSM, and bromelain.

Because i just stopped the DNP 7 days ago i haven't gone straight to my macros yet, i will increase them daily over the next week or so until i get to the optimal point. today was more like 300g carb, 205 protein, 60g fat. i met up with a friend i hadn't seen in a while for dinner and had some Indian food which was basically a splurge i didn't plan on, but didn't go crazy. for the most part this diet will be pretty strict 6 out of 7 days a week. i can add active recovery cardio days as needed and at the end if i feel additional fat needs to be dropped i will likely move the hormone dosages down slightly and add in some low dose DNP to get back to where i want to be - either way, this is NOT a "seafood" diet kind of program.

Yeah the goal is to keep body fat as close to where it is without going much but I am trying to put some size back on so inevitably I will likely gain a little fat. If I end up doing a 16 week run I might utilize the final 2 weeks as a cut to drop whatever I put back on. I am also going to try to do active recovery days as long as my body feels OK to do some LISS for 30-45, but this is pretty minimal as 45 mins of LISS for me burns about...300-350 cals max.

My job as diesel mechanic is very demanding with physical labor. I work on large oil field equipment and construction. Mostly Air Compressors I gotta climb in out up and down and next thing is extendable lift equipment, I gotta climb even more. Lol!! i work in IT and i work from my home lol so I literally have the most sedentary job possible - the PLUS side is i have all of my food right here at my disposal so there's never any excuse to not eat the right way - downside is sometimes i do have to go do extra cardio etc because i'm mostly sitting all day unless i am at the gym.
 
Continued Pheraplex over the weekend at same dose, we'll see if it's kicked in any today when I hit the gym this afternoon. I will say @ 30mg daily split between 2 doses already had a headache yesterday potentially due to BP spike, will take a look at it today. Have some Cialis on the way to add in low dose daily for BP and also prostate to avoid any kind of prostate issues on this cycle. I mostly get issues with frequent urination with DHT so trying to keep it in check.

Weekend diet was fine, it was a little harder to hit protein requirements - going to keep steadily increasing over this week as well as carb intake on lift days.

I'm considering EAA/HBCD for an intra if necessary, I've used them in the past, can't say how much they helped, with these longer high frequency workout sessions I could use the boost but I also have some GW coming with the Cialis so I'm going to try GW first and see in hopes that the endurance from that will help me get through the end of the more grueling workouts and even go as far as helping with adding additional volume as I continue.
 
Back on today after having the weekend off - my rotator cuff felt slightly better today during the work out and afterwards, i'll be interested to see how i feel tomorrow. Honestly one of the biggest issues i have with my right shoulder is that is the dominant shoulder i sleep on as well, im a side sleeper and cannot get comfortable for the life of me on my back or stomach. i feel this has always contributed to shoulder pain but not sure how much i can do to change it. i've seen ads for 2-300 dollar pillows that you can put your arm through to take the pressure off of laying directly on the shoulder - would be interested to hear if anyone has ever used something like this and if it works well.

I definitely look more vascular after just a week - 2 masteron shots in, and today will be my 3rd masteron shot and 2nd shot of primo. Been on the Pheraplex since Friday. I've noticed a slight BP spike maybe, had a headache last night. Cialis is on the way so 5mg should help, if not I also get a supplement from Vitamin Shoppe called Carditone - will see how it goes over next few days. Also GW (Cardanine) will be on the way with Cialis so I will begin that as well for endurance boost and apparently helps with HDL/LDL which are normally tanked by orals, first time on Pheraplex but I imagine it does the same just as everything else. I'm on TUDCA for liver support with the Pheraplex as well.

Workout was good again today, everything went up in either reps or weight slightly - I'm not surprised, I'd say it will continue to do so for a while because I was off of a DNP diet where I had been lifting much lighter weight and prior to that really just cruising on a maintenance protocol not at my best level. My biggest issue when having a comeback like this is that I get arrogant in my head and try to move up too fast, usually resulting in injury or poor form somewhere along the way. Trying my best to stay in a more focused rep range of making sure I am completing my workouts with perfect form and not so much focused on the weight but more the muscle and movement.

Hey brother I have same issue with shoulder. She bought me pillow and my neck... switched back.
What helps to fall asleep on back is Benadryl, or CBD 15mg works but makes me lethergic over time, also on empty stomach L-Theanine 300mg to 400mg... 200mg may do trick!!!

Hats off for u staying on track, I gotta get to bed and make gym in AM before work, I can't find energy it's been so hot. Last week I made 3 workouts, will shout for 4 between tomorrow and Friday. My wife been giving me Hell lately too.... when I use tren she is a grouch but wants sex after work.... me taking tren she thinks I am screwing around.. everytime. Lol!!
For BP I use 12.5mg GoldLine CIALIS and it helps, on Pharma grade I use 10mg. Goldline is 25mg Pharma 20mg so half is half. Also L-Theanine helps and lots of Arginine...

Didn't get much sleep last night, rotator cuff bothering me again this morning but nothing out of the norm. Yesterday put 2mL of Primo-E and 1mL of Test-E in right glute, zero pip, zero swelling. I started pinning pecs again after a long time off so I put 1.5mL Mast-E in my pec and it's got a small lump today but that happens sometimes with my pecs.

I'll be a couple hours behind today for my gym session, watching the kids while the lady has a dentist appt. I'd love to take a nap before because I feel like I only slept a couple hours last night but doubt I'll have time - hoping I can get to the gym and at least get partially through workout before 5PM when all the dickheads show up.

Will have Cialis and GW sometime tomorrow and start both of those Thursday.

That blast looks really cool! I was wondering about a couple things. What extra benefit do you find mast provides over primo being they're both DHT's and that much primo is likely better at building muscle than mast. Also, how do you like the pheraplex? Have you run it before or are you still feeling it out for the first time? Any other oral you can compare it too?

The mast will be an additional hardener, help with vascularity, really going for that hard, dry look. More aesthetic than anything but it does help with creating more free testosterone which just makes the other anabolics work better.

Pheraplex, first time. Give me another week to report back, I've heard it has about a full week kick in time, I just started it at the end of last week. I'm already noticing increased vasculiarity and no bad sides yet. With Superdrol I would always feel like dog crap within a couple of days. Lethargic, etc - Pheraplex supposedly has more of a Dbol euphoria, so I'll report back ASAP.

Yeah you can run Pheraplex twice as long - and it's actually capable of lean mass gains - Halo is a phenomonal strength drug but I've never seen anything in the way of muscle gains. It's purpose built for powerlifters which isn't really helpful to me for the most part.

As far as the mast and tighter muscles, no, I do not think so. I'm not sure what it is about Winny that causes dry joints and shin splints etc but I've never noticed such things with mast.
 
Lack of sleep caught up to me this afternoon waiting on the wifey to come home and I decided that my body was telling me to rest. Going to go harder tomorrow instead of half assing it today. Still technically first week of cycle so I don't want to put myself in a bad situation this early on.

The thing with primo is it's a dht steroid but it's anabolic and doesn't activate dht receptors.
Primo works better with something more androgenic like mast. Mast not very anabolic but activates receptors!! Binds strongly and lowers estro in natty kind of way!!
Mast DHT binding also binds to estro fed fat cells around belly and chest, estro fed fat yes I said that!!! So it has a way of slowly lowering fat overtime.
Mast will only dry us out if we already under 10% other than that it's great with a deca run in helping with bloat. Mast may take away from fullness but for me mostly bloat.
Joint pains and strains I get from pushing too hard, winny gives them but for me it's toxic so I don't use it except last 2 weeks of big cut down to 5%. But I like halo better and for me 50mg winny is more toxic than halo at 20mg a day. 20mg halo works for me. On big cut Shredz stack 1ml a day or .75ml a day some extra mast p, Proviron, anavar and then halo or Winny last 2-3 weeks and get grainy ugly.... yep!! Hgh 3.3iu to 5iu for continued use with t4 75mcg does mean evil with me and fat loss especially if cut stack added. I don't get joint pain unless estro too low but winny sometimes but I think it has to do with dryness and toxicity that brings out inflammation.....

Phera will give excellent pumps and euphoria with heightened sex drive. Call me crazy or her.... my wife gets more of tren attitude when I take it. And she gets more sexual active, hates me when I leave wants me before I can get home, when I take tren.
Phera does something to her sex drive too, when I take the phera!!!
Now and then my wife want a cocktail, it's 10mg Proviron, 10mg anavar and 3mg Cialis. This makes her sexual crazy. She hasn't wanted anything but lady var now and then with phentermine.
Just had to share this with u guys. Lol!!
@epoxy thanks for motivation I went to gym before work and went back 25 minutes non stop for my 1 hour lunch break.

Back in the gym today, great work out - all lifts went up in either reps or weight. Getting back to my peak very quickly, trying to be careful esp with shoulder/chest movements as to not move up too quickly. Mixed volume is key. I'm only doing heavy bench (5x5), all of my shoulder movements are higher volume lower weight to ensure I don't put myself in the position of being injured. Feeling great thus far, no negative sides to speak of at this point.

GW and Cialis will be here in the mail today assuming USPS does it's job, so those will be added in tomorrow morning.
