Hey guys,
Going to run a new log! Just came fresh off of a month long DNP run. Dropped ~17lbs in 31 days - this is post-baby weight (yes, men gain weight during their wives pregnancies too!) and I decided to give Goldline a full run as I was utilizing his Phentermine during my DNP run to help with energy and appetite suppression (which worked like a charm and I would recommend to ANYONE running DNP for any length of time). I'm currently sitting around 10% BF at 190lbs, 6'1. It's been a while since I've done a cycle, over a year actually - due to work, baby, etc - trying to get back to my former glory and come in very lean and dry just in time for sweater weather when no one will get to see it. :banghead:
Cycle is as follows - will be somewhere between 12-16 weeks:
Test-E 500mg / week
Primo-E 800mg / week
Mast-E 600mg / week
Pheraplex 30mg daily
GW-501516 (from Mike Arnold) - 10/20mg daily - havent decided yet
T3 25mcg daily (still running from DNP cycle, decided to keep it in for now)
Aromasin 6.25mg daily
I already had a bottle of Mast-E that Musclemechanic sent me and I was running Test already so I did my first Mast-E pin on Monday and I already have the Test flowing at 500mg.
Today pack from GL showed up (fastest in the BIZ) so I did my first pin with all of the gear - will start Pheraplex tomorrow morning and split dose 15mg/15mg twice daily for optimal blood levels.
Really excited to get this thing going!
For now - training will be an A/B split, 2 on 1 off - possible active recovery days here and there with LISS if necessary, trying to keep the BF from coming back on, but my training is high frequency so cardio SHOULDN'T be needed unless I'm really fucking up on diet.
Diet will be carb cycling on lift days. 300g protein / 500g carbs / 40-60g fat, off days carbs will be >=200g daily. I typically do better on higher carb, lower fat diets but I want to give myself a slight bit of wiggle room so I'm not miserable and readjust as the scale or mirror dictate.
I started the new training routine this week and have completed 3 workouts thus far. It's a combination approach, heavy, low volume compounds combined with high volume lower weight isolation exercises. I got away from the 5 day split and went with this program so that I could hit each muscle group multiple times per week. I will adjust frequency and volume as necessary depending upon if/when gains stall.
