Per a post from Pesty4077 that I came across I will start with the basics.
1.) Your age
24
2.) How long have you been training?
On and off for 8 years (had a bad car accident about half way and was down for quite a while)
3.) Do I want a beach body or want to be competitve?
Beach body is the current goal but wouldn't mind competing if it works out that way.
4.) Your current diet
I do not have a strict diet of protein/fat/carb ratios. I try to eat healthy but my portions are probably more than most. I don't like sweets at all but I do like meat and potatoes (maybe too much).
5.) Your current training program
3 day split - Monday (national chest day of course)/arms
Wednesday is my leg day and some lower back work
Friday is shoulders/back
6.) Have you studied the subject?
Subject of exercise and nutrition? Yes
It's one of those "do as I say, not as I do" things\
Subject of AAS? I am reading a lot and cross checking different opinions/usage/cycles.
7.) How it will effect me when I get older?
Exercise/nutrition - As I get older I hope to alleviate health problems
AAS - Unsure of effects since I can not find any studies that prove/disprove the effects as one ages based on length of usage and amount used.
8.) Am I open to critism?
Always. My shit stinks just like everyone else's does.
9.) Am I willing to listen to more experience people?
I would hope so, otherwise I wouldn't be here.
10.) Your current stats and pictures!
Stats:
6' 1"
295 lbs (gained weight after accident)
BF% - dunno exact number. Last I was at the doctor I asked about my weight and height and was told that my "rough" lean body mass is about 220-225. But I am sure compared to you guys, I am what some would refer to as a "lardass". Term bothers me, but I will deal with it for the time being since there is no one to blame except myself.
I carry my weight around my stomach. My legs are muscular and hard as are my arms and shoulders.
Any other welcoming questions that I may have missed?
