From doing searches on this board and others,,,some guys say you should worry about high creatinine,,,,some say you shouldn't.

I guess the only way to know anything is to get a 24 hour urine test.

good to hear again. its been on my mind for the last week or so. ive litterally questioned my entire lifestyle because of some info i read about the kidneys recently on PM. some people make it seem like if youre a competitive bodybuilder your days are numbered. maybe its because theyre shadows of their former selves due to years of abusing the wrong substances at the wrong doses. or maybe its true and theyre just giving a heads up. i like to think, or hope rather, for my sake its the former. i want to compete. hell im just gettin serious. little under 6 wks til my first show. ive been bbing for ten years however. taken a break here in there. even litterally broke an arm so had to. but the last two years ive been on point with supps, food, training, and gear. thinkin at 29 its go big or go home. i believe i can step on at the least a national level stage. but if it means i wont live to see 45-50-55? i dunno. viscious cycle the iron den is. litterally beat ourselves up. inside and out. who knows. maybe in the next 5-10 years youll have reall follistatin-344 and wont need all these compounds. or stem cell research and such will provide some kidney regeneration shit. hope for the best but expect the worse. get big while doin it
