I have a problem... Ive been lifting for less then a year... I appear to be the size of someone thats been lifting for along time.. But Im rather weak in the deadlift, bench, and squat exercises. Can someone help?? Anyone know a good strength routine??
 
Sounds like you're genetically gifted - don't complain you won't get any sympathy from me :p j/k

Stay with it. Read some articles in the Articles Forum to get some ideas. Once your body becomes acclimated to lifting, you'll need to keep challenging it. DO NOT take this to mean spend more time in the gym - quite the opposite.
 
Xcel is right.

Yuo might also look in the Powerlifting Forum to see what these guys are doing to increase the big lifts.

for the squat and deadlift...form is KEY!...and takes some time to really get it down. but once you do your weights should start going up a lot faster. you say you have been lifting less than a year so if your doing the typical once per week split you have not even hit squats or deads 52 times(# of weeks in a year). give it some time and really work on good solid form and the strength will come.
