I've seen many guys do what above post is saying.For some reason a lot of people like to tell you if talking about that that their product doses are way lower than they like to say.

I was laughing reading that because THAT would make you look insane. I'd just add some fats in there and some fibre to deal with the constipation.

Actually, if I wanna be perfectly honest, I don't think I was too far from that regimen at some point in my early years...

Except maybe for the DNP that I bumped to 1g instead of 750mg...

MISERABLE was indeed the best qualifier to describe both my physical and emotional state though... :naughty:

Some of the members here that look insane that you guys look up to use that much.

All the while preaching low doses.

Pics like this make you just want to get shredded to the bone and walk around like, "Yep... I put in work!!" But for those of us who've been competition lean before, we are constantly reminded of how horrible we feel at such low body fat lol.

Kudos to the guys that compete season after season. I get lean now during cuts, but don't know if stage conditioning is something I want to attain again, at least not any time soon.
