I lifted in his gyms for a few years, nice gyms! Did you ever lift at his earlier gym on Dixie? The place on Dixie had cement floors etc and was pretty cool. Larry is a good guy too.

Good stuff. Keep them coming. He's such a down to earth dude. I actually started doing the cream of rice bit about 45mins before working out and noticed a distinct difference in my overall energy compared to other pre workout protocols I have tried.

Thoughts on the Plazma Reactive pump.........I know John knows his stuff definitely not questioning that but I see Truenutrition sells the same dextrin. I would like to try this stuff! And since I practically been out the gym for at least 5 months since I moved I'm just starting to train again. I do like his vids cause its a wealth of knowledge!
