Anybody know a good meal I can make from ground beef? I am sooo sick of tacos and hamburgers!

My neighbor has been giving me garden grown tomatoes the last month or so. I cook up some lean ground beef on the electric grill, and try to get as much fat out of it as possible. I then crumble as much beef as I want into a bowl and add Italian spice (oregano,basil,garlic,etc.). I then add some beef stock to the beef as it can get a little dry from squeezing a lot of the fat out. I then add about a cup of
black beans to give the meal some fiber. Lastly, I dice up a couple tomatoes and throw them in the bowl and mix it all up. High protein, low fat, high fiber, and very tasty.

i used to do....

1lb ground beef.
1 can baked beans.
1 cup elbow mac.
1 bag spinach.

brown the beef.
pour in the beans.
cook the elbows, throw them in.
at the end fold in the spinach.

youll be surprised it tastes pretty damn good.

1 lb ground meat
3/4 cup of rice
1/2 can cream of mushroom
1/2 Green Bell pepper
1/2 Onion

Cook down onion and bell pepper. Add grd meat and brown. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. After meat is cooked, drain oil. Place meat back in pan and add cream of mushroom. Mix together then add rice. Adjust rice as needed.

Haha this is awesome! My friend's mother used to make this for me. She called it Eggsaronious. I have no idea why, because there are no eggs. Its from one of the old Ernest movies

I am going to try this!

1 lb ground beef + 2 cups quinoa + 1 jar salsa

1 lb ground meat
3/4 cup of rice
1/2 can cream of mushroom
1/2 Green Bell pepper
1/2 Onion

Use the same ingredients but scrap the rice. Throw the cooked meat into a pie crust. Sprinkle the top of the meat with the some mozzarella cheese. Put another pie crust on top of everything. Bake at 375 for 30 to 40 minutes or until pie crust is baked to your liking.. Let cool and enjoy. A good off season meat pie.

That sounds good, but for something faster, add 1 tbs of sour cream to a high fiber high protein tortilla (I like a tomato basil wrap with 94 total calories and 44 of which are fiber!) and make a burrito out of it.

I did the same thing (sour cream & tortilla) with a salmon burger recipe that I stir fried instead of pattying into a burger and it was very good!
