Ok, its been a few since my last post but could you guys give me the pros and cons of training twice a day ex. around noon legs then after i get home from work @ midnight arms or delts ? the reason is my sleep pattern is all jacked up and my energy level an night is higher than in the am, would it hurt to train the same body part 2 times a day once in the am and agian after work? my current cycle is 4iu gh ed, 600mg test,50mg anadrol ed one w/lunch and one w/ dinner thanks for the help oh yeah is there any reason for my body to reject Vitargo CGL it seems after i drink it i get the shitts? Ive tried to reduce the dose and it still happens? THANKS::tar-wars
