update
Sorry been buried at work. Monday did chest workout, high volume, 4 routines 4-sets of 25's ea. Good solid workout and 15 min of cardio weight was at 191lbs. Now this is wierd but I have felt pissed off for the last 3 days strange needless to say or lets say a little edgy if that is a word.
Today I did legs no cardio 5 differant routines high volume 4 sets of
25's. I do not do massive weight kills my joints. Again nice workout and a solid pump. Did not weigh myself. I can say I am leaner in my stomach area for sure. I can clearly say at least 1/2 off my waist and this has been only a few days.
