So i was wondring if anyone has any good ideas of a good guilt free snack to tie me over between meals (every three hours) i think i may have a proble, im always starving!!! Plus im a big boy, gotta eat!!
When I just can't help it I have been eating the Greek Style yogurt with a spoon or two of LBA on it. The thickness compared to "normal" yogurt is more filling, and it has about 17g of protein by itself.
go with one serving of muscle milk in H2O (depending on how many cals you need) and 3 omega 3 caps with 1/4 cup raw almond or walnuts...the fats slow digestion somewhat the MM tastes awesome and it will tide you over for a few hrs.
My fav also is a tortilla with natural peanut butter spread on it then whole banana then roll it up, microwave 5 sec. Oh so good and a great filler til next meal. A must try.
