And correct me if I'm wrong but what you call romainian deads, looks more like a stiff legged deadlift to me. I was always under the assumption that romainians are done only to mid-shin area and back up. You were on a platform touching toes. Mabye I'm wrong...Someone? :confused:

That is good question I always thought roman deads = pulls from a platform and SLDL were from the floor. I love all forms of deadlifts so I really should know this hope some chimes in with the correct answer.

roman deads are knees out, hands in middle, butt close to floor, head up

First, I have to say you had me chuckling my ass off, in a good way. Those are some gooooood squats. You made it look easy!! Now for the deads, very impressive. Those are stiff leg deads done from a block in the extreme stretch posi. The romanian deads are the full blown get your ass down and lift type deads. I am mpressed!! You need to come down to OZ and show these girls how to train girl. I get so tired of telling them to put away the girlie weights and lift!! Maybe I will show some of them how cute you are and the big weight you throw around to convince them!! That is some good work right there. GO GIRL!!!! Yea! All this and good looks too!!! Awesome!

Positionning the cam right behind you when u were doing deads was a smart idea, qt... made it absolutely impossible to miss a single glute contraction :p ;)

What's truly amazing in your vids, and highly motivating, is the determination you show when you come near to the barbell... ready to kill it :eek: Hence the military shorts I'm sure :D

Like everyone has stated above, you can literally see your motivation and determination walking up to that bar. The only thing i could say is id like to see you control the negative just a little bit more.

Thanks for sharing your video though.....makes me feel like a real wuss in the gym now.:eek: I would love to see more of these when you get the time.

I agree I am a bit better on controling the negatives in warm ups but on the last set not so much.

The intensity is something I focus hard on to really bring it to each workout. I put on my game face for the gym and take lifting seriously I am there to get it done so I always bring my A game.

Vander be afraid be very afraid. :D LOL I am not that scarey unless you get in the way of my workouts then you better run and hide.

Thanks all I will try to take some more. I wish I would have broken out the cam for my bench session today pretty decent 135 x 8 again not a PR but good for dieting.

Strong, puts alot of people in my gym to shame no doubt. Good form too. Pushed the reps up didn't explode them up.
