GOT BLOOD WORK BACK!!!

Well got my blood work back and my Test levels are WAY LOW. They were at a 23

. Normal is supposed to be like 250-840 they said. I am supposed to see an endocrinologist soon. Anyone one else ever had them this low? And what is the possible treatment? thanks guys

If you just came off a cycle this should be normal, but if its been over a couple months then you need HRT treatment. No big deal, just take a shot of test cyp at 150mg 1x per week.

also many people cant afford to go through a dr. for HRT and just use a dose of 150mg cyp. thats what i do. Just get bloodwork done evey now and again. Sure its much safer going through a dr. but its much much more unsafe to leave your levels that low in the long run

I just got my blood tests back Weds and I am in a similar boat.
I tested 230 and I have been off for 6 months and used HMG post cycle for 2 months. I think this is as good as it will get for me. On the upside, I got a script for test cyp. 200mg/week. The doctor had it there in her office and got a bottle 10ml bottle of cyp.On a side note, It feels liberating being able to get testosterone legally., As long as I get blood tests I can get it forever.

Did your insurance kick in for most of the cost on the med? Just curious as to how most health insurance companies look at HRT.

I didnt ask. I believe they do but I figured 100 bucks wasnt bad for american grade gear. Also, I didnt have to go to a pharmacy and get the looks. I also had an option for androgel or injectable. My doctor was really cool. I showed a clinical need and she respected that I wanted to feel better.

Sounds like you found a good doctor that has an open mind and really cares about their patients. Wish I had a doc like that.

My dad pays 100 for a 10ml of human grade test cyp as well. Its about 5x the price what i "used" to pay but at least its legal.

my 200mg/ml 5 ml vial "costs" $25cndn...marked up to around $50...

hell...HCG's cost is $65.83 per 10000......seems steep for cost..

I would have to say that 100.00 bucks and a stay out of jail card is pretty f'ing reasonable to me. Well worth the cost!! Good one!

Add to that the fact that you know 100% that it is legit hormone, not underdosed, and totally safe. Worth the piece of mind. For bodybuilders though ,the dose prescribed wouldnt be enough to do much for you.

hrt will further suppress ur HPTA.....it often takes up to 24 months to return to normal........an endo schooled in AAS can point u to different options.

I understand that. The chances are if I keep up with using HMG that I would do even better as therapy can/should last as long as a year. Actaully, I am not even using the cyp. I am still trying to get my wife pregnant and it would probably interfere. I really just wanted a script as an insurance policy. As Oldfella says, its well worth the price.

You also have to be careful since the HMG can be suppressive as well to your GnRH levels because of the exogenous administration of LH and FSH mimicking compounds.

Remember that it goes GnRH-->LH + FSH-->testosterone-->estradiol---(back to GnRH). Replacing any one of those chemicals from an outside source will be suppressive and disrupt the HPGA. Personally, I feel that HCG (or HMG) should be used for a few weeks to regain size and health of cells in the testes responsible for producing testosterone. Even though the leydig cells make up only a small percentage of the entire testicular mass. Once you get your testes healthy and believing they are being stimulated then you can discontinue exogenous stimulation and bring in Tamoxifen and Clomid to boost your own stimulation of the testes. These may not get your LH and FSH levels back fully and you may still experience continued shrinkage from under-stimulation which then you would discontinue the tamoxifen and clomid and start over again. You would need an endocrinologist to give you durations of use based on your bloodwork of any of these chemicals and hopefully you can reverse the ASIH.

i just got a fill on test. mine is only paying for 3 single amps per month. sucks. so i just paid about 100 for my 10ml. test levels low and the script is legit. far better than possible trouble.
