does anyone realize how good COD is for you!!! 20grams protien per 4oz and 0 fat!!! I live on this fish!!!

Not a contest diet but just somthing to do for two weeks before im in some pics where i can't be a totaly bloated porker
Its roughly 3200 cals , bout 70-80g protein and 25-30g fat per meal. I chanke the chicken fish and turkey out just keep it intersting , typicly when i eat the fist ill pan fry it with a little pam right before i eat it , realy help keep the flavor involved

Meal 1
5 whole eggs + 1.5 cups egg whites , 1 tablespoon Applecider vinegar mixed in 16oz water

Meal 2
12oz chicken/trukey breast OR white fish , 2 cup green veggies 1 tablespoon coconut oil , 1 tablespoon red palm oil , 1 teaspoon red wine all mixed to make a dressing

Meal 3
6oz free range round beef (80/20%) , 6oz chicken/turkey breast OR white fish , 12 asparagus spears , 1/2 yellow bellpepper

Meal 4
12oz chicken/turkey breast OR white fish , 2 cup green veggies 1 tablespoon coconut oil , 1 tablespoon red palm oil ,1 teaspoon red wine all mixed to make a dressing

Meal 5
10oz top sirlion steak , 12 asparagus spears , 1/2 yellow bellpepper , 1 tablespoon Applecider vinegar mixed in 16oz water


Meal 6
5 whole eggs + 1.5 cups whites , OR 3 scoops Team Skip protein and 1 tbl spoon cashew butter
 
Not contest either, but it's my current cutting diet...

Meal 1:
2 Whole Egg – 12g Protein, 10g Fat, 2g Carb
6 Egg Whites - 24g Protein
6g Fish Oil Caps – 6g Fat

Meal 2:
7oz Steak – 56g Protein, 11g Fat
1tsp Mac Nut Oil – 4g Fat

Meal 3: (Pre Workout)
5.5oz Chicken – 50g Protein, 5g Fat
110g Basmati/Brown Rice – 8g Protein, 4g Fat, 90g Carbs
20g Almond Butter – 4g Protein, 4g Carb, 10g Fat

Intra Workout
35g Karboload – 35g Carbs
15g BCAA

Meal 4: (Post Workout)
48g Whey Iso – 41g Protein
140g Jasmine/White Rice – 11g Protein, 5g Fat, 110g Carbs
3g Fish Oil Caps – 3g Fat

Meal 5:
8oz Tuna – 56g Protein
1tsp EVOO – 4g Fat

Meal 6:
6oz Chicken – 54g Protein, 6g Fat

Rough Food Total Values:
Calories – 2840kcal
Protein – 316g
Fat – 68g
Carbs – 241g

**Have a 300g refeed each week on Friday post workout. Replace meal 4 with it and drop oils from meals 2 and 5 on these days.

Calories – 3091kcal
Protein – 264g
Fat – 52g
Carbs – 431g


Off Days

Meal 1:
2 Whole Egg – 12g Protein, 10g Fat, 2g Carb
6 Egg Whites - 24g Protein

7oz Steak – 56g Protein, 11g Fat
2tsp Mac Nut Oil – 8g Fat

3g Fish Oil Caps – 3g Fat

Meal 6:
6oz Chicken – 56g Protein, 6g Fat

Rough Food Total Values:
Calories – 2609kcal
Protein – 315g
Fat – 77g
Carbs – 164g
 
This will be my diet post vacation starting jan:
Meal 1:
4 eggs
4 oz beef
2 pc Ezekiel

Meal 2:
8 oz turkey
1/2 cup rice
Veges
1 tbsp coconut oil
Almonds

Meal 3:
Same w/ chicken

Intra workout drink:
25g whey isolate or similar
50g karbolyn
10g aminos

Meal 5:
8-12 oz steak
Sweet potato or regular
Or
Cheat Meal

Follow this for about 4 months

I'd like to see some diets of phil, shelby, john......just saying.... thanks for guys who posted i find the whole dieting process alot of fun and nerve racking......let's keep 'em coming!!!! and you guys have to admit this post is better the seeing another fricking TREN post....



Personally i find the dieting more fun then AAS's.... whats everyone's thoughts....
